Hamilton & Adams Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped out within 1 business day and orders placed on the weekends will be sent out no later than Monday of the following week after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We ship to all recognized USPS addresses. Items purchased on a holiday will be processed the following day.
Please note there could be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $125. All orders under $125 will be subject to calculated shipping cost with USPS.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Hamilton & Adams store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick usually within 4 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup business hours are Monday-Saturday 10 am-7 pm and Sunday from 11 am-5 pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, first contact USPS to inquire about your order. If you have additional questions, please contact us at info@hamiltonandadams.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Store Credit & Exchanges:
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or exchange. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
To return an item for store credit, please email customer service at info@hamiltonandadams.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Once the item is received, we will issue you a store credit. You may also come into the store to get issued a store credit or for an exchange.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Vintage/Curiosities
- 3rd party Collaborations
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
